Then, resting, reading, being quiet at home. But every now and then, wanted to do something. We cooked a bit 'and I did make labels for baratolli of onion marmalade. Thanks to a wonderful book on fruit and vegetables, has done a nice thing.
jam recipe :
- 750g finely chopped onions,
- 150g honey,
- 4 to 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar,
- 2 tablespoons grape seca,
- 1 tbsp coriander (beans).
Cook all together for at least 40 minutes (almost an hour I would say), until the onion is transparent.
When cooked, put in baratolli. Waiting a few days before eating.

The CAF is the administration that manages this. It 's a bit INPS. We

Yesterday was Candlemas.

It annoys me because I rarely cook with! But since Laurent it was to bring to work, we have done for us.

Raphael, mother of Enzo, who is in class with Antoine. It also has a girl (Luisa) that the age of Colin, but she was the nest so it came late.

Pancakes Recipe:
250g flour 2 eggs
1 tablespoon oil
a pinch of salt
500ml milk.
Put the flour into a bowl, make a well, put the oil, eggs, salt and a bit 'of milk and miscolare well and slowly add the milk.
Let rest at least a half hour and cook. If the dough is a bit 'heavy, add a bit' of water.
